We think that there shouldn’t be a reason to help others. Not because you’re waiting for something in return, nor you’re worried about the consequences. It should be simply because you wish to extend kindness to others.
Extending kindness can be through different means. You can donate cash, your time through volunteering, and even send some used stuff that can still be used.
We chose World Vision because we were all once a kid. You and I know that we didn’t pick our lives when we were younger. Now that we’re older and wiser, we know now how the world works. It’s sad to know that we still live in a world where there’s a huge gap between the rich and the poor. There are millions of children who are suffering in between and have to ‘survive’ daily to make ends meet.
World Vision is a child focused and community based organization. You can sponsor a child and give them a little sunshine on a cloudy day. For $39 a month (as of writing), you will be able to help children with their basic needs.
We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone.
