The past few weeks we finally had our breakthrough. As a small business we received tons of support from the community causing our items to get sold out. It was one of the best times and it really warmed our heart. We’re so grateful to say the least.
While we are working our best to get our stocks back to Amazon, we realized that an unauthorized reseller are using our brand.
This is so heartbreaking and we’ve spent nights checking back and forth on what we can do. Countless email support and reporting. It’s really hard when someone is using the brand we worked so hard for in the past couple of years.
We understand that businesses need to thrive. But using our brand, our name, our information, are not something we can tolerate.
Astra Belle does not offer reselling at the moment. We are not related nor authorized another store to sell our gua sha. When you are buying our item, please make sure that you only order through our storefront Astra Belle and that it is being shipped by Amazon.
